Natural disasters and what to do with Previous experiences

Natural disasters and why we need to find ways to reduce their damage

Learning from past experiences is one of the best ways to prevent future disasters, but there are many factors that contribute which could make some efforts fail in vain. Although deaths caused by natural disasters don't contribute to the top causes of death in the world  they are steadily increasing, so it is best to take prior precautions.
Often times when there is a natural disaster or a predicted one there typically will be a warning. These warnings do save lives, that is only if the people listen to the warning and take proper procedures to stay safe. But there will occasionally be people who ignore them because they were proven wrong in the past (Again past affects future). Other determinants are, the access to safety, information or, in a situation when your money deprived and the situations requires COLD. HARD. CASH. The Situations are different for everyone and are most undesirable to experience. It is best to avoid such things and follow what instructions were given.
Communities of which have experienced the calamity of these natural disasters take a reasonable time to recover from them. Most of those communities have seen what has happened will have improved or added some systems which would assist them when the the next one comes (Another example of the past is affecting the future).
Although these precautions and acts will not prevent a natural disaster they will help rebuild the community faster and with more efficiency. There are still many things which need improvement but learning from past experiences will surely be the best advantage we have against these natural disasters.
